We accept a variety of health insurance plans and are here to assist you in understanding your claims and benefits. As a courtesy to you, we will verify your insurance benefits so we can help ensure you understand what, if any, of your physical therapy care may require a copay, coinsurance or deductible.  

Below are several of the main insurance plans for which we have in-network coverage; however, this is not an exhaustive list so if you don't see your insurance, call us and we can help.

For patients who do not have insurance or do not have out of network benefits, we offer a cash-pay rate, due at the time of service.
