Introduction

My name is Erika Sagle and I have been a physical therapist serving the greater Tacoma community since 2006. 

I established Go Forward Physical Therapy in 2021 to create an environment that allows quality, client focused care instead of the common volume focused model. I value getting to know my clients as a person and the relationship that extends beyond the care needed for the initial injury/issue.  Wellness and positivity are values I live by and extend into my practice. 

Treatment Philosophy 

I believe we all have the power to heal given the right knowledge, better body mechanics, and positive, holistic support.  I am a manual therapist who also believes in functional strength. As such, I combine hands-on/manual therapy with individualized exercises to ensure you can get back to the things you love doing.

Personal Interests   

Strength training with bodyweight and kettlebells (StrongFirst), running (half marathons are my favorite distance),  cycling,  walking my dogs, cooking/baking, crafting (too many to list), and reading a juicy fiction novel.
